* Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect, wrong color/size was sent, or any mistake made on the part of Onthefieldjersey.please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Customized and personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

You are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their products if they need to make an exchange.All sales are final - ask any questions you have before ordering to limit and prevent any problems.

* No refund requests will be accepted for any reason other than the above return and exchange terms. (Please provide product defect pictures or videos to our customer service for return and exchange). If there is a malicious refusal to pay, we will retain evidence and initiate legal action.
